Document the various migration paths from other platforms to adopt Nix.
Currently this is simply to track what's out there. It's not a priority as we don't have the capacity to deal with it, and influx of new users is not something we're concerned with.

First steps
- Read the whole issue, then the project's contributing guide.
- Comment on the issue to say you are picking it up — it saves two people doing the same work.
- Fork the repository and make your change on a branch.
- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
