Description
We recently discussed better coordinating ongoing efforts on unifying documentation and noted a few projects that aspire to write a "Nix Book".
Let's make a living document tracking those projects, their goals and progress, in order to keep overview and better integrate those efforts. Initial overview in the meeting notes
Resources:
- The Nix Book (which led to founding the documentation team)
- Drake Rossman's NixOS Book
- Gabriella Gonzalez' NixOS Book

Research direction
Start with the initial overview in the linked documentation-team meeting notes, then review the listed Nix book projects and their resource links. Compile a living document that records each project's goals and progress, and confirm that the known efforts are covered and clearly distinguished.
