Description

Currently, all the tutorials on pinning (https://nix.dev/tutorials/towards-reproducibility-pinning-nixpkgs / https://nix.dev/reference/pinning-nixpkgs#ref-pinning-nixpkgs) seem to use fetchTarball without passing a sha - the snippets should probably be updated to include that, and provide some hints on where to get the sha.

Research direction

Read the two linked pinning tutorials and locate the fetchTarball snippets that omit a sha. Update those examples to pass a hash and add guidance on where to obtain it. Done means both tutorial pages show pinned hashes and explain how readers can find the required sha.
