Research direction

The issue mentions Hydra CI builds for RethinkDB and GitHub pull requests, but names no files or tests. Start by tracing how Hydra exposes build results and how existing scripts or GitHub clients could publish statuses. Done means relevant pull requests receive GitHub build statuses from Hydra without custom per-project scripting.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

We're using hydra as the CI system for RethinkDB and we'd like to get a status for each PR we have.
I know we can use any Github client for this and include it in the scripts but it'd be nice to have it out of the box.
