Description

Many services use OTP URIs to configure OTP devices. It would be useful to be able to directly pass such a URI to pynitrokey instead of having to manually interpret it. As a second step, we could even support parsing QR codes with OTP URIs.

Research direction

Start by locating the nk3 secrets handling and the existing path for configuring OTP devices, then read the linked OTP URI format specification. Define how a URI should be accepted and mapped to device configuration, with QR-code parsing treated as a separate follow-up; done means direct OTP URI input works for the supported configuration flow.
