NK Storage: recommend backup of the EV data

Description
I propose to recommend to users keeping cold backup of the all EV stored data due to the issue mentioned below (unintentional, spurious clearing), and as well in general case (e.g. DOS attack), as for deleting the AES key no credentials are required (simple factory reset of the OpenPGP smart card does so).
