Description
Hi,
Whenever the custom SSL is changed, the SSL configuration for the defined proxy hosts must be updated one by one via the web interface, or the certificate ID assigned to the proxy hosts must be modified in the database. It would be great to have a bulk update feature that allows selecting the SSL name or ID and updating multiple hosts at once.

Research direction
Start by tracing the web interface flow for proxy hosts and custom SSL configuration, then identify how a certificate ID or name is currently assigned to one host. Define the selection and confirmation behavior for updating multiple hosts, and verify that the chosen hosts use the new certificate without requiring database edits.
