Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to know at a glance if I applied any Custom Nginx Configurations to the hosts in the past. This is useful for manual backups, and if you're having issues, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
In the Proxy Hosts table, there should be indication that Custom Nginx Configuration was applied to specific host.
In the Edit Proxy Host popup, there should be a dot above the gear icon, indicating that Custom Nginx Configuration is being applied to that host.

Describe alternatives you've considered
You can click through any hosts to open their popups, and then click the gear icon just to check if there was anything custom added.

Research direction

Start by locating the Proxy Hosts table and the Edit Proxy Host popup, then inspect how the gear icon and Custom Nginx Configuration state are rendered. Add an indication in the table and a dot above the gear icon when custom configuration is applied, and verify both states for hosts with and without custom configuration.
