Description
This is just something small I noticed when editing a stream. Everything works as expected, except that when a stream is disabled, when I went to enable it again, I noticed the word "Disable" still appears in the menu, even though it should say "Enable." Regardless of the 'typo,' clicking the word still re-enables the stream, so everything appears to be functionally working.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the disabled-stream state and locate the frontend entry point for the stream action menu. Verify the existing enable action and update the displayed label so it says "Enable" when the stream is disabled; confirm that selecting it still re-enables the stream.
