Research direction

The report names no source files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing a restart or reboot with the jc21/nginx-proxy-manager:latest image on Proxmox 9.1.4 and a Debian LXC, then collect the service startup error and compare behavior around version 2.14.0. Done means the NPM service starts and the admin page is reachable after reboot.
