The dropdown menu to access "edit" configuration is not accessible on mobile

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to proxy list
  2. Click on three dot button
  3. Try to scroll down to edit

Expected behavior

Scrollable or "in front" dropdown menu
