Start at app/lib/certbot.js:39 and inspect the command that installs acme and certbot-dns-cloudflare from the Certbot version. Reproduce the reported josepy/ComparableX509 traceback with the nginx-proxy-manager:latest Docker image; done means plugin installation and updates above v2.12.3 complete without the logged errors.
