Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported growth with the jc21/nginx-proxy-manager:latest image and a single active proxy host, monitoring memory over time as described. Compare v2.12.1 with the previous version and Docker on linux/arm64; done means identifying and correcting the source of the roughly 25 MB-per-day increase while keeping memory stable.
