Research direction

Start by reproducing certificate generation with the Cloudflare DNS provider in the jc21/nginx-proxy-manager:latest image, then inspect the dependency-related failure reported through /app/lib/utils.js. Verify that the Cloudflare plugin and its Python module load successfully and that a certificate can be generated.
