Description
Currently, the AirQuality service reports the first AQI returned (ozone) which can sometimes be misleading as cities with poor air quality (in terms of PM2.5 and PM10) can appear healthy. An example response from the API is shown below.

This would also be a good opportunity to make the service follow the naming convention NetsBlox/services#40.

Research direction
Start by locating the AirQuality service and reviewing the naming convention discussed in NetsBlox/services#40. Confirm how the service currently selects and reports AQI values, then verify that the deprecated AirQuality service is replaced or renamed as requested and no longer presents the misleading behavior described.
