Research direction

Start by comparing charon/cmd/exit_sign.go with the corresponding Pluto command entry point, then use cmd/exit_sign_internal_test.go as the guide for the port. Port the command's flag and help behavior and tests, and verify that the tests pass with cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings.
