Description
Eigenlayer intends to enable locking of stake via the Slasher, but since at the moment the interface is not exactly clear, we have skipped "locking of stake" by the AVS in the POC.
"locking of stake" - The AVS prevents the operator or stakers from taking their stake out during a "dispute period".
