Description

From a testing report on the JavaCV changes, running on Windows 10 with an internal camera and a USB web camera:

It works for me, on my laptop, but only lets me use the integrated camera and not the external USB one I use when docked. I can selected the other camera, but it always defaults back to the integrated camera for some reason. Not generating any kind of error messages though. One is named "integrated camera" and the other is "HP USB webcam"

The payload names no source file or test. Reproduce the issue on Windows 10 with the “integrated camera” and “HP USB webcam,” then trace the JavaCV camera-selection path; done means the USB camera can be selected and remains active without reverting or producing errors.
