Description
When I click on the '_' (minimize) button for NetLogo I just hear a beep and nothing happens. Presumably because the dialog "Running Experiment: ..." is open. I can't move the window either (only the experiment dialog is moveable). But I can put other windows on top.

Research direction
Reproduce the BehaviorSpace issue on Windows 7 with NetLogo 5.0.3 while the “Running Experiment” dialog is open. Start by tracing the window handling for the main NetLogo window and running experiment dialog. Done means the NetLogo window can be minimized and moved while the experiment is running, without only beeping.
