Primitive for opening a child model from a string

Description
There should be a primitive such as ls:create-models-from-string that would read in XML model data from the string instead of from a file. This would allow LevelSpace to run in NetLogo Web, and it would allow child models to be stored in a model's bundled resources and loaded with the Resource extension.
