Summary

2 sections under "create and modify access policy statements" seems to have ended up there without having anything to do with access policies.

I would have put them close to/right after the sections on creating users and regenerating keys
(which in turn is under "add storage capacity to an S3-enabled SVM" which is not 100% logical to me - would have made more sense to have a separate heading for all topics user and authentication related)
