Summary

There are 3 Migration Phases listed on this page. I recommend a 4th Phase, "Cleanup after the migration", with the following items:

  • Delete the NetApp volume snapshot
  • Delete the NetApp folder from the migrated VMs (C:\NetApp or /netapp)

It would be great if those steps were performed automatically by Shift; barring that, the next best thing is to remind people these actions need to happen.
