Dangling text if opened as split_above and the commit selection view kind set to vsplit

Steps to reproduce

1. set these options

    opts = {
      kind = "split_above",
      commit_editor = {
        kind = "split_above",
      },
      commit_select_view = {
        kind = "vsplit",
      },
    }

2. open status as split above
3. do the cf for fixup
4. close the pane
5. Observe dangling header text

Expected behavior

no dangling text

Use the minimal Lua configuration to reproduce the issue with kind set to split_above and commit_select_view.kind set to vsplit. Start by tracing the commit selection view and pane-closing behavior; done means closing the pane no longer leaves dangling header text.
