Description
This is a great tool. Thanks for the initiative. I have a feature request. Hope you can accommodate it.
When loading a folder of images there is no way to track the annotated images in the image slider area. We have to manually check the images if it's annotated or not. It would be nice if a tick mark or some visual notification on the image thumbnail in the image slider would be easy to track the images.

Research direction
Start at the image slider area and trace how loaded images and their annotation status are represented. Check how the current image annotation state is updated, then make completion visible on each thumbnail. Done means annotated images can be distinguished from unannotated images while browsing the folder.
