I want to use ellipse tool, but keyboard shortcut ALT+e is used by Chrome, so I cannot use the ellipse tool. And I looked at the tags.js, and it didn't have the code to implement drawing ellipse, so I am wondering if this function works?

Research direction

Start by inspecting tags.js and the ellipse tool's keyboard-shortcut handling, then reproduce the behavior in Chrome. Done means determining whether ellipse drawing is implemented and clarifying or correcting the shortcut behavior without conflicting with Chrome.
