Description

Environment
Provide version numbers for the following components (information can be retrieved by running tns info in your project folder or by inspecting the package.json of the project):

  • CLI: 5.2.2

Describe the bug
Attach slow iOS device (in our case 32bit iPad tablet) and execute tns run.
tns will report there is not device.

Note that tns run ios will wait until device respond and issue will not happen.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue with a slow 32-bit iPad by comparing tns run with tns run ios. Start by tracing the device-detection path used by each command. Done means tns run waits for and detects the connected slow iOS device instead of reporting that no device is available.
