Description

NS cli version 7.0.12
macOS Catalina 10.15.7
Node version 14.15.3

Very often when running the command "ns run ios" the process ios-device-lib stucks at 100% CPU usage, need to kill the ns process with CTRL-C and restart.
AFAIK that happens only when deploying on real devices, not simulator.

Happens to anyone else too? Very annoying...

Best regards,
Emiliano

Research direction

Start by reproducing ns run ios with NativeScript CLI 7.0.12, Node 14.15.3, and macOS Catalina 10.15.7 on a real iOS device, then compare with the simulator case. Done means the ios-device-lib process no longer hangs at 100% CPU during real-device deployment.
