Action android.intent.action.PROCESS_TEX doesn't send any data selected by user

Environment
Provide version numbers for the following components (information can be retrieved by running tns info in your project folder or by inspecting the package.json of the project):

To Reproduce

1. create new app: tns create app-name -ng
2. Add next intent-filter to activity in AndroidManifest.xml

The reproduction uses AndroidManifest.xml and the activityCreatedEvent handler in main.ts; start by running the listed PROCESS_TEXT steps and checking the intent data. Done means the selected browser text is available through EXTRA_TEXT when the app opens.
