Description

Can you re-open https://github.com/NativeScript/NativeScript/issues/2380 ?

I have the same problem where we cannot access the properties (such as width) when using AfterViewInit or the {N} loaded event. For some reason it was closed / locked, while the truth is that it has not been solved.

I did not follow the template because I am only asking to re-open an on-going issue.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the referenced NativeScript issue #2380 and the lifecycle behavior described here. Reproduce whether native properties such as width are available during Angular AfterViewInit or the NativeScript loaded event; done requires a confirmed resolution or a clearly scoped follow-up issue.
