Description

Since powercurves are not data model specific we can consider centralizing the logic by introducing a dedicated controller (e.g., /powercurves). This controller could also be extended in the future to:

  1. Allow users to upload their own wind speed data and custom power curves and perform production calculations.

We'll revisit and refine this discussion after the alpha launch.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the proposed /powercurves controller and the existing powercurve logic. This issue is explicitly deferred until after the alpha launch, so first confirm the post-alpha requirements for centralization, user uploads, custom curves, and production calculations. Done means an agreed scope and design for the controller and upload support.
