Description
At EUPVSEC this year, Dirk came across the following great publication about improvements to the YoY method by not just taking the Y1-Y2 slopes, but also taking all of the Y1-Y3 and Y1-Y4 and Y2-Y4 slopes etc.

This could be accomplished relatively easily in degradation.py
