Cannot select recently downloaded weather file

Describe the bug

When downloading a new weather file, I expect SAM to automatically select it in the list of downloaded weather files. In 2026.7.3, the behavior appears to be:

1. The weather file appears in the list
2. The actual selected weather file is next to it in the list

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a PV case in 2026.7.3
2. Download a new weather file
3. See that the lat/long is not from the selected weather file

Expected behavior

Expect download behavior to match prior versions.

Opening a new case or manually selecting the file is an effective workaround, but this could cause a lot of confusion for users.
