Describe the bug
The Open NLR release notes link from the About System Advisor Model (SAM) window is broken.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Start SAM.
- When the Welcome page opens, click About.
- Release notes point to https://natlabrockies.github.io/SAM/doc/releasenotes.html instead of file:///F:/Repos/samdev/Release%20Notes/SAM/doc/reference/release_notes.html.
