Description
Describe the bug
The call to REopt via the "get size and dispatch" button drops the time series sell rates. Consider providing these as wholesale rates.
To Reproduce
See https://github.com/NREL/ssc/pull/1303 for a test file. This should get a battery in the sizing, but does not.
Expected behavior
Export rates should be send to REopt for sizing and dispatch.
