Description
https://www.python.org/downloads/
Python 3.7, 3.9 are EOL. 3.10 is going to be EOL in october (< 3 weeks).
In order to save resources, we would like to remove these version.
Potentially, since E+ targets python 3.12, we could also drop 3.11.
Does anyone rely on these older python wheels for windows?

Research direction
No file, test, or release entry point is named. Start by locating the Windows wheel build and publishing configuration, then check which Python versions it currently targets and whether support documentation or CI depends on them. Done means the agreed obsolete Windows wheels are no longer produced while the remaining supported wheels still build and publish.
