Description

Issue overview

The --socket argument to the run subcommand actually does nothing at the moment.

Current Behavior

openstudio run --socket 8089 -w worklow.osw : nothing is piped to that socket port.

Expected Behavior

Same behavior as the original CLI.

Steps to Reproduce

openstudio run --socket 8089 -w worklow.osw

Research direction

Start with the C++ CLI implementation of the run subcommand and reproduce openstudio run --socket 8089 -w worklow.osw. Compare its behavior with the original CLI, then verify that the command sends the expected output to socket port 8089.
