Description

flagging that this value is dynamic based on output from the cmu_electric_arc_furnace_scrap and should be updated from a hardcoded value to the output of the scrap model.

We don't have a more full-featured setup; right now, this value is hardcoded.
In the future, we can and should connect this value between the models.
It may be just at the plant_config.yaml level, but maybe we make a singular group that houses both components and the connection is handled internally.
