Description
Enable electrolyzer model to work with non-hourly timesteps
For the steel CRADA, we want the electrolyzer model to work with non-hourly timesteps.
Proposed solution
This would involve investigating the existing electrolyzer model in H2I and seeing which assumptions hold or break under different timesteps.
Then, we could either modify the existing electrolyzer model or look to use part of the electrolyzer repo instead.
Regardless of who's tackling this issue, I'd suggest getting @elenya-grant's support before pursuing a solution.
