Description

PEM mass and footprint calculations

At some point in the past, H2I had the capability to compute electrolyzer footprint area.

Proposed solution

Bring it back in if relevant! There's a chance a large number of technologies might have relevant spatial considerations that could be relevant here.

Research direction

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Start by locating the former H2I electrolyzer footprint-area capability and the existing PEM mass calculations, then determine which technology-specific spatial considerations are in scope. Done means the relevant PEM mass and footprint calculations are restored or defined with coverage for the agreed technologies.
