Common pipe documentation needs revision

Description
The common pipe models need their documentation revised. The changes for capacitance tanks in the new plant changed the model formulations. Both the Eng Ref and I/O ref need to be updated. Common pipe code was revised too late for V7 docs.
Last build tested: 11.10.19 V7.0.0.027
