Upcoming Dataset
  1. U.S. Wind Siting Regulation and Zoning Ordinances 2026 - Tentative October, 2026
  2. U.S. Solar Siting Regulation and Zoning Ordinances 2026 - Tentative October, 2026

Research direction

Open README.rst at the location given in the issue and review its existing section structure. Confirm which upcoming datasets, plugins, features, and tentative timelines should be listed, then add an appropriately placed section. Done means the README includes the agreed upcoming work without presenting tentative dates as commitments.
