Description
Add decision trees for Surface Water Availability as well as a parser class to run those graphs on the Surface Water Availability text. The following data should be extracted:
- Permit required, extraction permit required
- Exemptions
- Extraction limit (daily, monthly, annual), reporting requirements
- Well spacing
- Drilling window (depth)
- Metering device requirement
- Water management plan (well, district, drought)
- Well plugging requirements
- Transfer requirements
- Transfer costs
