Overview
We would like to add the collection of surface water availability to COMPASS. The following categories are of interest:
- Existing available surface water rights
- Permit required, extraction permit required
- Exemptions
- Extraction limit (daily, monthly, annual) and applicable reporting requirements
- Metering device requirement
- Water management plan (district, drought, seniority of water rights holders/priority)
- Transfer requirements
- Transfer costs
