Description
- Add BDOFoam version compatible with Open Foam 9 (in
BioReactorDesign//OFsolvers) - update the docs accordingly (https://github.com/NREL/BioReactorDesign/blob/b331b4b179b225c53efa0759aa2a714d22a823e5/docs/source/troubleshoot.rst)
- add documentation for how to install it (see #93) along with a small tutorial (would tick one box in #106)
- add CI test for installing bdoFoam and test it on your tutorial (should be able to mimic the way birdmultiphaseEulerFoam is tested)
