Description
GIS currently maintains a word doc in sharepoint to create the PLUTO README PDF.
We'd like to include that PDF in the packaged files that GIS distributes so that GIS and DE don't have to modify/create files after a build passes QA and so that GIS can review metadata as part of QA.
