Description
There are a few datasets in the CEQR Data Hub data product that are excel workbooks. These files must be manually updated by the Housing Team as often as new source data is available (~3 updates/year).
We should add the generation of these excel workbooks to the CEQR data product build

Research direction
Start by locating the CEQR Data Hub data product build and the datasets currently delivered as Excel workbooks. Identify how the Housing Team updates those workbooks and where source data enters the build.
