Description
Describe the bug
Texture hashes non-deterministic. Each time you tag things such as sky or UI, the next time you load up a mission or restart the mission or alt+tab out and into the game, you will have to retag those textures and the tagged textures might apply to something else such as a weapon or model or tree, etc.
How do you reproduce the bug?
Load into a mission, tag the basic textures first, press escape and restart mission or change mission and the texture id's will change
What is the expected behavior?
Tagging textures should stay tagged with the texture you selected, as usual

Research direction
Start by reproducing the texture-tagging behavior in Ghost Recon (2001) on version 1.2.4: tag textures, restart or change the mission, and test alt+tab behavior. Review bridge32.log, bridge64.log, and remix-dxvk.log alongside the reproduction; done means tagged textures remain associated with the selected sky, UI, weapon, model, or tree textures.
