What is the context of the feature/improvement?

In Stage in the asset replacement panel, I think it'd be neat to have an RTX-Remix compatible USD Paint brush that can paint and scatter assets that we've ingested into the scene. Currently there's a concept idea that E-Man's created, but there seems to be some areas where we'll need to make it compatible with Remix.

Please describe the feature/improvement?

The ability to scatter and have the toolkit automatically let the user know what objects are scatterable/what ones aren't would be perfect. Also having it auto assign textures to it based on their texture name pattering would be great. Perhaps a tag called Paint or Scattering would be nice to keep all the painted hashes in Stage Manager. There was some discussion of it in the RTX-Remix discord,

And then E-mans Omniverse Remix tool,
