Description
Describe the bug
The moon in Barnyard is rendered through vertex shaders as part of the rotating skybox. When DLSS or TAA-U is enabled, it will shake rapidly.
Nukem on our discord server speculated that the jitter for TAA and DLSS is being incorrectly applied to the moon.
How do you reproduce the bug?
Setup Barnyard with the instructions on moddb, then look in the sky. Toggle DLSS to NIS
What is the expected behavior?
The moon should be still.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in Barnyard using the ModDB setup, look at the moon in the sky, and toggle DLSS or TAA-U against NIS as described. Start by tracing how vertex-shader skybox rendering receives temporal jitter; done means the moon remains still with DLSS or TAA-U enabled.
