Description
Describe the bug
To be completely honest, I don't really understand as to why it's doing this, I followed a simple tutorial to get RTX Remix working for gmod, worked the other day, but today after a minor Windows update it now refuses to start and gives this error instead. Presumably the update is what broke it but as to how, I'm unsure.
How do you reproduce the bug?
Simply trying to start the game, current Windows 11 Home version is 10.0.26100 Build 26100
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU ver 566.36
Gmod Build ID 16681999 also not running it with any of the beta versions
What is the expected behavior?
The runtime should...

Research direction
Start by reading NvRemixBridge.log and examining NvRemixBridge.exe_20250124_204335.dmp, then reproduce startup on the reported Windows 11, RTX 4060, Garry's Mod, and RTX Remix 0.6.0 versions. Trace the failed D3D device creation during runtime startup and compare it with the post-update environment; done means the game starts without this error or the failure has a documented, reproducible diagnosis.
